EDF Casemaker HGL 924

Description
The EDF Casemaker HGL 924 is a quickset bottom printing high graphic casemaker designed for corrugated box production where print quality and large format capacity are the priority. Unlike the FD series which uses top printing, the HGL 924 features a fixed bottom flexo printer with smart inking system and upward folding, making it particularly well suited to high graphic applications where consistent, high-quality print output across the full sheet width is essential. With a no-crush feeder, four bottom printing units, slotter/creaser, die cutter, folding unit and counter ejector in a single fully servo-driven line, the HGL 924 combines exceptional format flexibility — handling sheets up to 2400mm wide and box bodies up to 750mm high — with the EDF Europe engineering standards and "Only One Motor" architecture that simplify maintenance and maximise uptime. As the only bottom printer in the EDF casemaker range, the HGL 924 is the right choice for customers who need high graphic output, while the top-printing FD 618 and FD 821 remain suited to standard casemaking.
