EDF Europe Prefeeders

Description

EDF Europe's prefeeder range covers every board loading requirement in corrugated cardboard production. The family is built around the fully modular Flexyfeed platform, equipped with state-of-the-art electronics and servo motors with hydraulics eliminated entirely, and extends to more compact solutions for smaller or space-restricted installations. All models guarantee a continuous shingled flow of board to the converting machine, with laser sensor control of board height and servo driven lateral joggers for precise board centring. When integrated into an EDF line, prefeeders communicate directly with the converting machine, receiving order data and auto-setting without operator intervention. Configurations are available for bottom printing machines, top printing machines, high-speed mini casemakers and lower-speed applications requiring compact and simple automatic operation.
