Description

EDF Europe's palletising and handling range covers every end-of-line requirement in corrugated packaging production. The Unipal family of fully automatic load formers is designed to work with both die-cutting and casemaker lines, standardising palletising equipment across the factory so operators can work on all machines with the same know-how. All Unipal models require no foundation for installation, square the stack on all four sides, have fully electrically controlled axes and feature an intuitive operator interface with pallet pattern memorisation that integrates directly with EDF line components for single-point programming. For lower-speed or space-restricted applications the Easypal Plate semi-automatic palletiser reduces operator fatigue without the footprint of a fully automatic system. The range is completed by pallet dispensers, pallet inserters, pile turners, de-palletizers and a full range of material handling conveyors.
