Description

The Wonder WD200 Single Pass is an industrial digital printer designed for corrugated cardboard production, available in two configurations — the WD200+ and the WD200++. The WD200+ uses high speed inkjet technology with environmental water-based ink, achieving a maximum speed of 1.8m/s at 600x200dpi with an actual capacity of 2,400–7,200 sheets per hour. The WD200++ upgrades the technical specification of the WD200+ using the same water-based ink system but with higher precision and higher speed, achieving a maximum printing speed of 2.5m/s at 1200x150dpi with an actual capacity of 4,500–13,000 sheets per hour — comparable to traditional printing. Both models feature professional RIP software with ERP interconnection, queue multi-task printing and variable data generation, and are suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard including yellow and white cattle board and honeycomb board, with the option to print semi-coated board with a dryer.
