Description

The EDF Casemaker FD 821 is a high-performance quickset top printing casemaker designed for larger format corrugated box production, offering a wider sheet capacity than the FD 618 while sharing the same full servo architecture and EDF Europe engineering philosophy. Combining a no-crush feeder, up to six top flexo printing units, creasing, slotting, bottom die cutting and lifting stripping in a single integrated line, the FD 821 is built for integrated manufacturers and sheet plants requiring maximum format flexibility and high-throughput inline casemaking. With "Only One Motor" technology throughout, air loop suction board transport, smart ink flushing and automated washing cycles, the FD 821 delivers consistent print quality, simplified maintenance and minimal downtime across demanding production environments.
