Description

The Automatic Rotary-arm Pallet Stretch Wrapper is special-purpose equipment that uses stretching film automatically wrapped around goods on the pallet for anti-dust, anti-wet and anti-bulk protection. It protects goods, saves packaging cost, reduces worker labour intensity and increases packaging effect. Goods on the pallet are placed on the conveying line to the wrapping section — according to the set wrapping parameters, the wrapper automatically starts and films to achieve the wrapping process continuously. After finishing, film is automatically cut and welded, and goods are automatically conveyed to the next section for the next pallet wrapping cycle to begin. The machine is composed of a rotary arm driving section, film rack lifting section, mechanism rack, safety device, film rack, automatically filming and break section (national patent), rotary arm wrapper pneumatic control system, safety locks and electrical control system.
